The building formerly known as the Civic Auditorium was purchased earlier this year, and big renovations and restorations have been made. While the historic facade, and some of the interior remain true to it’s history, there have been many updates to this tremendous venue including an elevator, space for a restaurant, a rebirth of a mezzanine, expanded balcony, and of course, an updated stage and seating area.
Our goal is to provide a home to professional theatre, music, and other performing arts, while also presenting a much-needed dining option for downtown St. Croix Falls. We are currently accepting idea invitations for those interested in becoming a restaurant or retail tenant.
