Carrie Classon Presents At Festival Theatre

Festival Theatre Black Box Carrie Classon is a nationally syndicated columnist who explores how stories make meaning of our lives and how the stories we tell change us in unexpected ways. Her breakout first novel, Loon Point, is a hopeful, deeply felt story about old wounds, second chances, and the life-changing people who turn up when you open your heart. Carrie was a founder of Festival Theater in the 1990s. Her weekly column, “The Postscript,” debuted in the Inter-County Leader. Her next novel, The Turnip House will be released in January 2027 and is set in an imaginary small river town that may look familiar to many. River Stone Bookshop of Osceola will be on hand to sell copies of Loon Point and Carrie will sign books after the performance. This event is a special fundraiser for St. Croix Festival Theatre, the non-profit theatre company Carrie was one of the original founders of in 1990. Tickets start with a minimum donation of $25, with donation options of $50, and $100. |
